With more than 25 years of experience in leadership, education, and contract management, I bring a holistic approach that goes far beyond traditional coaching. My background includes mentoring, teaching, coaching, and tutoring at both the secondary and collegiate levels, blending academic depth with practical insight and strategic execution. I’ve successfully helped, mentored, and guided students while managing complex operations with a focus on purpose, accountability, and long-term growth.

I hold a B.S. degree in Chemistry and Math Education and an MBA in Business Management. Over the course of my career, I’ve taught business courses at both the undergraduate and master’s level, as well as advanced mathematics courses for more than 25 years. I also hold several professional certifications, including one from Harvard University in Leadership and Communication.

As a multi-award-winning instructor and recognized leader, I’m proud to bring a track record of excellence, innovation, and impact across every space I serve. I’m also a board-certified sports psychology coach, master wellness coach, real manifesting practitioner, and certified across multiple coaching disciplines. In addition, I’m a licensed and certified combat sports professional and a trained expert in negotiation and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) education, equipping individuals with the mindset, tools, and clarity they need to move forward with confidence and purpose.
